Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Collect, enter, clean, organize, maintain and document data 2. Organize and maintain a variety of records, reports, and correspondence 3. Prepare reports and presentations, including charts, matrix and figures 4. Coordinate with other agencies in information/data management 5. Maintain website 6. Work closely with Data Management Associate 7. Performs other duties required
Minimum Qualifications and Professional Experience Required • University Degree in Information Management, Communication or related field • Minimum 2 years job experience relevant to the function • Strong organization and communication skill • Strong English writing skill • Knowledge of local languages • Preferably capable of manipulating Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS and MapInfo)
