Duties: The successful applicants will be responsible for (i) Preparing and supervising practical lessons; (ii) Grading Laboratory Exercises; (iii) Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials; (iv) Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements: Candidates should have (i) At least a Bachelors Degree in Home Economics or a related field with a specialisation in Foods & Nutrition including Food Services & Meal Management; (ii) Candidates should have knowledge of operating laboratory equipment in the relevant areas. Computing skills and relevant work experience will be added advantages.
