The consultant(s) will support CARE’s engagement in and development of the emergency WASH sector, facilitate the development of CARE’s sectoral best practices, provide technical advice to country offices and coordinate human resources capacity. In addition the consultant will be expected to maintain their availability to travel to CARE’s offices globally. Where deployment to the field is deemed necessary as part of a humanitarian response, this will be administered under a separate contract.
